Why am I doing this?

Hi Everyone.

With the ongoing success, and great community involvement over the past 5 years, I'm very happy to announce that we are hosting a Longest Table Dinner again this year. We had to change our original plans due to COVID-19, but thanks to restrictions being eased in SA we are able to go ahead.

This years event will be held on Saturday the 12th of September at the Purnong District Hall. Doors will open at 6pm. The evening will be a little bit low key compared to previous years, because we are not seeking donations from local businesses. Most have had a pretty tough year. We will still be providing a 3 course meal and having lucky squares, but there won't be any silent or live auctions. We may have some raffle prizes on offer.

Under the current restrictions, we are already booked out, thanks to people booking in advance from last year. If restrictions are eased any further before the event we will have room for approximately 20 more guests, but we can't know that at this point in time.

If you would like to help us reach our fundraising goal, you can make a donation by following the link.

Really looking forward to this years event. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
