I'm helping to #ForkCancer by hosting a Longest Table!

I'm hosting a Longest Table to raise money for life-changing cancer research. Sadly, almost 452 Australians are diagnosed with cancer every day - that's 74 friends, parents, workmates and kids during the time it takes to host a meal.

Please donate to my Table - every dollar raised helps change these statistics by funding life-changing cancer research through The Hospital Research Foundation Group.

Let's #ForkCancer together!

My Story

Thursday 2nd Jul
In March 2026, I pushed for a mole to be removed from my left arm.
2 weeks later I heard the words ‘malignant melanoma’

Fast forward to July 2026 and I have had a larger operation to remove more at the original area, and a lymph node removed resulting in trace cancerous cells found in the lymph node.
At this stage, it hasn’t spread anywhere else they have seen on a scan but the decision I have made is to undergo Immunotherapy.
This will start soon after a few other things are done first.
I’ve decided to join in on The Longest Table this year to help raise funds to help continue research for this crappy thing life throws at people. Without continued research, it’s possible I wouldn’t have this opportunity to help raise much needed funds and you could be reading a very different blog about my story.
I’ll be hosting a ‘virtual table’ where I will ask everyone share their photos of what they are doing on a date to be decided. I just don’t have the room to host a group and I know everyone has so much on in their own lives to commit to a  evening you have to put pants on and leave the warmth of your home
