Brand MO is honoured to be hosting a Longest Table in support of life-changing cancer research.

Cancer touches far too many lives. Every single day, almost 452 Australians are diagnosed – that’s 74 friends, parents, workmates and children in the time it takes to share a meal together. Behind every number is someone’s story, someone’s family, and someone’s fight.

By coming together around the table, we’re not just sharing food – we’re sharing hope. Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly towards funding vital research through The Hospital Research Foundation Group, helping to discover new treatments, improve care, and ultimately save lives.

And as we gather, we also honour those who can’t be with us today – keeping their memory close as we work towards a future free from cancer.

On a personal note, this lunch is especially dedicated to Mel’s mum, Diane Walsh, who continues to fight Multiple Myeloma with courage, optimism, and inspiring strength.

It is also dedicated to Lara Hall, a dear friend who tragically passed only six months ago at the age of 40 – a devoted teacher, mother, wife, and a beautiful soul gone too soon.

Together, let’s turn this shared meal into a symbol of resilience, love and possibility – because every act of generosity brings us closer to a world where no one has to face cancer alone.
