Awesome day with friends

Sunday 24th Aug We had a lovely time at our longest table event, which included bubbles and resin board making with friends … and remembering those who we have lost and creating happy memories. Altina non alcoholic beverages.

Wednesday 13th Aug I'm hosting a beach and bubbles longest table event, and we'll be making very cool cheese boards on the day.  One of our sponsors is Altina drinks, who have kindly donated a range of non-alcoholic wines infused with botanicals that actually taste great.  As a cancer fundraiser I felt it important to be able to offer a non-alcoholic alternative on the day as well as champagne for the event.  Drinking alcohol is considered a risk factor for cancer, and so I wanted to consciously have another option there and also to introduce it to those that haven't considered it.  And of course not everyone drinks alcohol anyway, and their alcohol free sangria feels like it brings a festive feel without the alcohol.  Thanks guys for coming to the party on this.

Wednesday 6th Aug Thank you for all your kind and generous donations and for all those that have RSVPed to my longest table, cheese board and bubbles event.  I'm looking forward to seeing you there.  Special shout out to artist Sarah Lawson who has discounted her workshop so more proceeds can go to this cause.

Friday 11th Jul I’ve lost 4 very special people in the last 10 months to cancer and another 4 in the last 15 years, excluding  precious clients. Walking beside cancer is hard. Losing dear ones to cancer changes you. Watching people you love overcome and recover fully from cancer is profoundly wonderous. I’m hosting a longest table event… to share food and stories and love and hope and strength with cancer survivors and supporters in my circle. Please join us in raising money for research so we can spread hope and possibility and  celebrate life beyond  cancer.  Share
