Tammy’s Table of Strength: Lakeside’s Longest Table Fundraiser Dunsborough, WA – Sunday 31 August 2025

Lakeside Bar & Café is bringing the community together for a cause close to home. In honour of my Sister Tammy , our own Friends and Lakeside members , Les and Rusty, and the many fighters, survivors, and loved ones we’ve lost, Lakeside will host “Tammy’s Table of Strength” – the Longest Table fundraiser Dunsborough has ever seen.

This life-changing event will turn one long table into a symbol of strength, remembrance, and unity — while raising vital funds for cancer research.

  • Tickets: $55 per person

  • Includes: Entrée, roast of the day special, and selected beverages

  • Donation: $15 from every seat goes directly to The Hospital Research Foundation Group to fund groundbreaking cancer research

Guests will enjoy:

  • 🎶 Live music from local rising stars Kiedis Solberg & Dusty Rule, a duo making waves with Dusty’s new original single dropping on Triple J, August 22. 

  • Hannah Kerr expected to bring another standing ovation with tears of Joy as Scarlett Scerri, Lola Mader, Ocean Wright supported by Soundwaves Singing Studio . A once-in-a-lifetime chance to bring these rising stars into your space and be part of something unforgettable.

  • 🎁 Door prizes, raffle bundles & a silent auction featuring unique experiences, artwork, signed memorabilia, and community donations.

Sadly, almost 452 Australians are diagnosed with cancer every single day. That’s 74 people — friends, parents, workmates, and kids — in the time it takes to share a meal.

This fundraiser is a chance for the South West community to come together, share a meal, and fight back against cancer one forkful at a time.

Created by Angie Panonne and the Bush Kindy children. A colourful canvas bursting with flowers, hearts, rainbows, bridges, and playgrounds — made with love, joy, and the innocence of children who understood they were creating art to help sick people.

🏄 Surf Culture Treasure – Vintage John Harris Surfboard Shower
A one-of-a-kind functional shower crafted from a surfboard shaped by veteran legend John Harris (50+ years, 20,000+ boards). Autographed with personal messages by Jake “The Snake” Patterson and Taj Burrows — true WA icons.

👕 Ethan Ewing Competition Shirt
Donated via Jake Patterson. Worn at the Margaret River Pro, professionally framed, and will be personally signed by Ethan in 2026.

🛹 RJ Barbaro Signed Skateboard Deck
The King of Concrete himself has donated a signed deck, inscribed “Fork You Cancer – 31/08/2025.” A collector’s item filled with skate history, family pride, and deep local meaning.

We’re so excited to share a sneak peek at what’s coming to Tammy’s Table of Strength – Lakeside’s Longest Table Fundraiser on Sunday, 31 August 2025.

Alongside our community meal, door prizes, and raffles, we’ll be hosting a Silent Auction — and it’s shaping up to be something truly special.

✨ Stay tuned for a taste of what you can expect with signed memorabilia from Local treasures – stunning artwork and handmade pieces from South West artists.

But the biggest announcement this Auction will be open online before the event, with final bids closing live at Lakeside during the lunch. So whether you’re seated at the table or cheering from home, you can take part.
