What a Night!

Friday 22nd Aug We held our fundraiser dinner last night - Greek Fest for Cancer Research and it was such an amazing night! It was a room full of amazing people, eating, drinking and raising funds for Cancer Research - it was such a vibe and an absolute dream come true. Raising an amazing $2133 in total for the cause. A Cause close to our hearts

Thursday 7th Aug We are proud to host Greek Fest for Cancer Research Longest Table Dinner at the Warrego Yacht Club. Cancer research is a cause very close to ours and our communities heart, as research helps find new preventative, diagnostic and treatment measure to fight the deadly disease that is Cancer. As some of you know, our Manager Lisa is fighting the battle of her life against Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer,  this is a fight she will undertake for the rest of her life given her Cancer has spread to her bones and her brain - there is no cure, but somehow Lisa is still fighting years beyond her prognosis. She has fight within her to be proud of, a fight knowing that we at the Yachttie stand behind her and are very proud of her also. So, teamed with an RFDS doctor Bill Nimo, we are hosting a Longest Table Dinner to help raise funds for Cancer Research to help Lisa's fight, but also in the hopes to one day find a cure. Share
