1. Unleash your Host Kit!

- A raffle book to get those donations rolling in. TIP: Use your Letter of Authority to fundraise in your online dashboard to ask for in-kind gifts for your raffle!
2. Choose a Vibe
Plan a unique vibe for your Longest Table event that creates a buzz among your guests🕺
Vibe ideas to get the ball rolling:
- Pink, yellow, blue? Try asking your guests to wear a statement colour!
- Mexican Madness. Everyone loves mexican food. Why not throw in a fundraising twist: name some dishes A-Z and whoever can't answer donates $5!
- Games night where every roll of the dice you could 'pay a price'. Doubles means a donation of that amount!
3. Broadcast BOLDY
How will people know about your Longest Table fundraiser if you don’t tell them?! Get creative with promoting your event:
➡️ Use the ready made emails in your online dashboard to invite your crew!
➡️ Hype up your event on your socials & share your fundraising page. HINT: we've prepped some social tiles for you
➡️ Every host gets their own QR code (yep! It's in your online dashboard!). Why not use a free tool like Canva to create a poster and pop it up at your local sport club or community group!
4. Make giving easy!
Every dollar counts towards life-changing cancer research across Australia.
You can:
- Print off your QR code & hang up the poster from your Host Kit. Don't let your guests leave without a scan & donation!
- Set Friendly Fines! Ban a word and whoever says it makes a donation to your page.
- Use the donation box from your Host Kit and ask your guests for their loose change – every dollar makes a difference.
5. Photos or it didn't happen!
Making a life-changing difference against cancer should be remembered. Snap your favourite moment, share it, and inspire others to host their own Longest Table fundraising event.
